... Since 2002
One of the most dynamic and charismatic performers on the national independent wrestling circuit Eric Smalls a.k.a. The Half Pint Punk ™ discovered his calling as a youth spending countless hours studying vintage footage from the WWE, formerly WWF, NWA, WCW, Mid South, AWA, and Georgia Championship Wrestling.
Smalls honed his grappling skills on the mat as a freestyle wrestler as part of the Whitehall (Ohio) Rams high school wrestling team. As soon as the opportunity presented itself, he traded in his singlet for a pair of wrestling tights and boots with the intent of pursuing his life long dream of becoming a professional wrestler and entertainer.
Beginning at the tender age of 15, Smalls began pursuing his education in sports entertainment with an emphasis on ring psychology and the art of cutting an effective interview and promo.
He had the good fortune to train and be mentored by wrestlers who made it to the big show and featured on previous years Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) Top 500 List such as Jeff Big Guns Cannon (founder of Ohio Championship Wrestling), Marcus Dillion, The Hot Commodity Matt Mason, and Nikita Allanov. Smalls continues to hone his craft under the tutelage of Blue Water Championship Wrestling's (BWC) Andrew D’Arcy.
From coast to coast Smalls has entertained fans from intimate wrestling venues to sold out arenas whether as a featured wrestler as part of Heroes and Legends of Wrestling to nationally sports and entertainment televised promotion Half Pint Brawlers to winning the Blue Water Championship Wrestling promotion’s Micro Championship.
2018 was a monumental year for Smalls as he was a featured performer as part of WWE WrestelMania 34 accompanying the New Day as one of the dancing pancakes. (video highlight courtesy of WWE and www.bleedingcool.com)
Smalls talents transcend the squared circle as he has toured with the globally iconic rock and roll band Mötley Crüe as part of their live shows (proper attribution).
He served as a radio personality for the WNCI Morning Zoo and took part in many on-air comedy skits. WNCI (97.9 FM) is a Top 40 (CHR) radio station in Columbus, Ohio. It is consistently one of the top-rated stations in not only Central Ohio, but the entire country by Arbitron.
The Half Pint Punk™ believes in leading by example and living by his motto standing up for the people, Stans ad populum.
Smalls has a special place in his heart for those who answered America’s call to duty and volunteers his time in support of those who answered America’s call to duty and their families as a Fallen 15 Honor.Celebrate.Inspire. Ambassador.
